PROJECTS

Depending on our customers' wishes and needs, our projects are carried out on- or off-site, or as a mixed form, and can range for a few days to several months, depending on the project type and objective.

We also offer a new, flexible subscription model where we agree on a support of x days per month, on freely selectable dates and arbitrary topics.

Interim Management takes place in the classic form by taking over operational management functions directly at customers, embedded in their organization.

CUSTOMERS

Our projects are aimed at customers of any size, especially, but not only, those who operate with digital Business Models or who want to introduce or further develop such Business Models.

We support Start-Ups in every phase, especially in their very early phases, helping with the definition of the Strategy, the creation of a Business Plan, the search for investors or the implentation of an MVP at a fixed price.

ABOUT US

We have many years of international management experience, including development and operation of (B2C) Online Platforms, B2B and B2C Services, Software/IT, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Management Consulting and Business Coaching.

We feel at home in small and medium-sized companies as well as in corporate environments.

We know and have long-time experience with Start-Up and Venture Capital financed environments and have managed all related challenges, from the creation of a Business Plan and an initial MVP to the search for investors, including the respective exits.

We live and love agile processes and professional Project and Process Management and like to face new challenges, but still deliver the results "on time and on budget".
